Your at-home care is essential to your overall oral health! Keeping an efficient and consistent daily routine will increase the longevity of your oral health and will make for smoother dental cleanings.
Our usual recommendations are as follows:
1.Brush at least two times per day for two minutes. Make sure you are brushing long enough by timing yourself next time you brush.
2. Be sure to space out brushing to maintain oral health throughout the day.
3. Floss every evening before bed.
4. Mouthwash is great to supplement brushing and flossing, but never use a rinse as a substitute.
